Associate Professor Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CGt) for GZ Training (0.2 FTE)
Job Summary: The position involves serving as an associate professor for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CGt) within the GZ training program, starting January 1, 2026. CGt is a core component of the curriculum, comprising 150 hours of education, integrated across various blocks, and aimed at preparing professionals for sectors in mental health care.
Responsibilities:
- Teach CGt blocks in collaboration with CGt instructors.
- Recruit and build a stable team of CGt instructors.
- Develop and optimize CGt manuals and content within the curriculum.
- Coordinate with other associate professors, handle recruitment and training of instructors, maintain content contacts, serve as a point of contact for trainees, and collaborate with program leaders, education coordinators, and schedulers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Didactic experience and affinity.
- Demonstrable clinical and scientific knowledge in cognitive behavioral therapy, evidenced by being a VGCt supervisor.
- Preferably active in clinical practice (e.g., care for children, adolescents, adults, or elderly) and interested in combining it with teaching.
- Strong skills in collaboration, organization, and delegation.
- Work closely with the other CGt associate professor and align with program leaders for content and quality, and with education coordinators for organization.
What the Employer Offers:
- A temporary contract for 12 months, with potential conversion to permanent based on positive evaluation.
- Salary ranging from €5,705 to €7,297 gross per month for a full-time position, scaled according to education and experience (UFO profile: docent 2).
- 0.2 FTE workload with flexible working days and hours, considering teaching schedules.
- 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% end-of-year bonus.
