JOBS DESCRIPTION  Conducting, developing graduate and undergraduate level theory courses, lab courses, and engagement in active research in the relevant field.  Supervising bachelor and postgraduate students thesis students and enhancing the research activities in the relevant field.  The candidate will additionally have to perform assigned departmental tasks or others as assigned by the higher authority. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS  The candidates must have a BBA/B.Sc. degree in the relevant subject, MBA in Finance, and having Ph.D. with outstanding academic results and research achievements in related area. The candidates must have academic publication profile showing experience in the relevant research area.  Teaching expertise, research skills and professional experiences of the candidate must match with the criteria mentioned in relevant sections of this circular. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • The candidate must possess BBA/B.Sc.Engg., MBA and Ph.D. or equivalent in the relevant branch (Business) from a recognized University / Institution plus 7 years of professional experience of which 3 years in active University teaching as Assistant Professor or above and at least 4 research papers in refereed journals. No second class in any level of education.. LANGUAGES Sound knowledge in writing and speaking English language. Preference would be given to the candidates having knowledge in other OIC official languages i.e. French and Arabic. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS - To be a Muslim national of one of the OIC Member Sates; - To be below fifty-six years of age; - To be free of diseases and infirmities that may hinder the exercise of his/her duties; - To be either nominated by his/her State or the State should have no objection to his/her appointment; - The date of birth and contact numbers are essential requirements to be available in the C.V.
