Associate Professor in Mechanical and Materials Engineering

The Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Florida International University (FIU) invites applications for two full-time, tenure-track faculty positions in Quantum Science and Engineering, at the rank of Associate Professor. The anticipated start date is Fall 2026.

Applicants must hold an earned Ph.D. in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a closely related discipline and demonstrate a strong record of scholarly research with clear relevance to quantum materials.
