The William F. Connell School of Nursing at Boston College welcomes qualified applicants for a tenurable Associate Professor position.
The expected 9-month base salary range (paid over 12 months) for this position is $110,000-$115,000. The actual pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as, but not limited to, candidate qualifications and prior experience, scope of responsibilities, internal equity, and market considerations.
This is a high-level academic appointment within the Connell School of Nursing. The successful applicant will have a record of producing and disseminating research papers and scholarly work, excellence in teaching, and demonstrated colleagueship needed in the academic community. Qualifications:
Candidates must have a research-based terminal degree in nursing or a related field, and an active program of research/scholarship. We are currently seeking those with extensive teaching experience and scholarly productivity in health equity and palliative care. This faculty position will start July 1, 2026.
