The Associate Registrar for Operations position leads and supervises a team of six professionals in the Registrar's Office who support the academic mission of the university through managing, protecting, and authenticating student records. The team managed by the Associate Registrar for systems is charged with supporting the Registrar operations through systems access and development, document creation and management, curriculum maintenance, catalog production, and course scheduling, and reports to the University Registrar.

- Provide leadership in the Registrars office for Registrar operations
- Lead the Registrar operations that are conducted through PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, student system development, testing, troubleshooting, and error resolution
