Diversity & Inclusion Commitment Requirements Skills/Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in advanced statistical techniques, such as: Multilevel modeling (HLM, mixed-effects models) Longitudinal and panel data analysis Structural equation modeling (SEM) Causal inference methods (e.g., fixed effects, IV, DiD) Advanced regression techniques Strong programming and analytical skills (R, Stata, Python, Mplus, or similar). Evidence of research productivity or strong pipeline. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, strong motivation for research and innovation, adaptability, and commitment to the mission and values of the University of Deusto. Enjoy working with complex, nested, or longitudinal data structures. Aim to combine theoretical insight with rigorous empirical testing. Have a strong interest in diversity, inclusion, and career development across different life and career stages. Value collaboration while pursuing independent research ideas. Motivated to take an active role in supervising and supporting doctoral students and other members of the research team. Specific Requirements PhD in Organizational Behavior, Management, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, or a related field (completed by the start date of the appointment).
