ATHLETIC COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

Position Summary

As an Athletics Communication team member, participate in planning, developing, and implementing a comprehensive Athletics Communications program and services. Participate in developing the strategy for promoting the Ithaca College student-athlete experience to prospective students, alumni, and the Ithaca College community. Serve as the primary liaison to media contacts for select sports.

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of one year of professional experience in a collegiate athletics communications office, or an equivalent of education and work experience. Working knowledge of in-game statistical software applications. Professional writing and social media experience. Experience in webcast production.
