Description
The Center for Information Technology (CIT) / Media Production Media Specialist/Audio Visual Technician’s role is to support the multimedia needs for Hampton University. This includes lectures, athletics, special events and other miscellaneous activities or special occasions.
The candidate would be responsible for working directly with the Media Production’s Director to support the university’s faculty, directors, and end-users and assist with audiovisual requirements for all athletic and university-wide events.

Examples of Duties
- Set-up and install all audio-visual equipment such as microphones, speakers, video projection screens, classroom technology (e.g., Promethean Active Panels/Smart boards, etc.) for all approved athletic events, university ceremonial occasion events, lectures, student activity events, university press conferences and other assignments
