Baker's Assistant will be a competent, professional baker well-versed in basic methods and techniques. Assists the bakery department in preparing hundreds of desserts daily, supplying baked goods for 7 campus dining locations. Preps and bakes items following standard recipes and prepares finished items for transport across campus.
