Occupational Summary:

The Barista- CIM is responsible for accurately processing customer transactions and performing register balancing functions daily. Working in accordance with the Muskegon County Health Department sanitation and food-safety procedures.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Prepare specialty coffees, teas and smoothies
• Provide quality baked goods and pastries
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Baker College
• Responsible for weekly schedule, inventory and ordering of products
• Accurately process customer transactions
• Perform register balance functions
• Maintain a clean, well-organized and sanitary work environment at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of cashier and customer service experience preferred
• Previous Barista experience preferred
