The NextGen Leadership Program offers various 3 hour a day, noncredit enrichment courses over 12 class periods held Tuesday - Thursday during each of the two, 3-week sessions. Courses meet twice on Wednesdays for any associated labs, guest speakers, site visits, group work, etc. All Instructors are expected to host weekly Office Hours. Instructors are responsible for:
- Developing the curriculum;
- Providing academic materials and disseminating course information;
- Delivering lectures and facilitating discussions;
- Providing hands-on learning activities.
- Submitting a formal evaluation of each students work in their class
A course syllabus with a course description, learning objectives, assignments, and assessments are also required for review by the School of Continuing Studies. Class sizes average between 8-20 students.
Additional Information: All Instructors must attend a training session and successfully complete a background check prior to the start of the Program.
Pay: $6,860.00 per course inclusive of a $500 course development fee

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:
- Masters Degree required, Doctorate Preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of or experience with course subject matter.
- K-12 and/or Undergraduate teaching experience is preferred.
- An ideal candidate will be able to teach both of our Pre-College sessions.
