Behavior Analysis & Clinical Science - 1 Year Post-Doctoral Fellowship
The Department of Health Professions at Rollins College is seeking applicants for 1-year post-doctoral fellowship position in Applied Behavior Analysis & Clinical Science. The position will begin in August 2025.
The position includes teaching courses in the Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Science master's program. The teaching load is 24 credit hours to be distributed over 12 months. Specific courses taught could include Principles of Behavior Analysis, Behavior Assessment, Behavior Interventions, Practicum, and/or any additional courses dependent on the applicant's specialization and interest areas.
The Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Science is a 45-credit-hour, cohort-based program that provides training in the experimental, applied, and conceptual domains of behavior analysis. The program is accredited by the Association for Behavior Analysis International and follows a junior colleague model with close supervision and mentoring opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications and Education:
- Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (or expected by August, 2025), preferably from a program accredited by the Association for Behavior Analysis International.
- ABDs will be considered.
- Certified and in good standing as a BCBA® or BCBA-D® and completion of the BACB®-required supervisor training by start date.
- Minimum of three years of clinical ABA experience (additional clinical administrative skills preferred).
- Evidence of effective teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in the form of teaching evaluations.
- Evidence of research productivity in the form of presentations and/or publications is preferred.
