Behavior Analyst (Outreach)
Position Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Behavior Analyst (Outreach) for the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSSAPP) – Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center (DDDC). This position reports to the Associate Director of Consultation and Communications.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Supervises and monitors the services and programs related to the education of children and adults with autism and their families within an assigned caseload through the DDDC's Outreach unit.
- and ensures best practice applied behavior analysis procedures are maintained and applied in the education and treatment of children and adults in community settings.
Minimum Education and Experience
Master's Level Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst and at least five (5) years of experience working with individuals with autism.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be physically active. Duties may involve running and playing active games with individuals from 2 – 21 years of age. Following training, must be physically capable of safely providing crisis management techniques including restraining, lifting, blocking individuals with challenging behavior.
