We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to work within the University’s Information Services.

As a Business Analyst in the Learning and Teaching systems team, you will play an important role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You’ll understand business requirements and identify opportunities to better utilise or implement software that aligns with the university’s current processes, systems and needs.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of business processes across multiple departments, performing systems analysis on software applications and impact assessing any potential change in practices in relation to technology usage. You will document technical requirements and support testing activities.

You’ll work collaboratively with the Learning & Teaching development team, architects, and business teams, progressing opportunities from development to delivery.

This post is full time and open-ended.
