About the role:
Operating within Learning and Leadership Enterprise, the Business Development Coordinator contributes to the growth and success of the Learning and Leadership Enterprise (LLE) by identifying, developing, and progressing strategic partnership, research translation, education product, and commercial opportunities across international markets, supporting the Faculty to establish presence in priority international markets, and convert opportunities into sustainable activity. Working under the direction of the Associate Dean Partnerships and the Partnerships Operations Manager, the Business Development Coordinator plays a key part in advancing LLE's enterprise and commercial activities and building a strong pipeline of partnership initiatives. Through the application of market intelligence, international market awareness, strong coordination capability, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach, the Business Development Coordinator supports the growth and conversion of LLE's opportunity pipeline, including education products, research translation initiatives, transnational education activities, and externally funded projects. This role contributes to the development of new markets, the progression of strategic partnerships and the translation of opportunities into sustainable programs, projects and revenue-generating activity.

What we offer:

- Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
