Business Process Consultant Intermediate
The University Human Resources Records & Information Services (HRRIS) unit is looking for a Business Process Consultant Intermediate to join our team. As an important member of the HRRIS Process Solutions Team, reporting to the team supervisor, you will improve HR transactional processes through redesign and technology-driven solutions. You will prepare detailed system specifications, analyze and revise system logic, and participate in all phases of application analysis. You will have opportunities to apply your technical expertise, strategic evaluations and project management skills while building excellent partnerships with campus partners. We focus on process efficiency and data accuracy in every aspect of our work.
A hybrid work schedule is expected, with on-site work at least 1 day a week. If you are experienced in process design, data queries and HR transaction processing, we welcome your application.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or science field or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with HRMS PeopleSoft software and proficiency in personal computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service proficiency.
- Experience in PS Query and systems analysis or related data processing activities.
