Job Summary
The Business Services Manager provides management, facilitation, and financial oversight of all departmental business operations, transactions, budget processes, financial reporting, and purchasing of assigned areas.
Responsibilities
- Act as integral leader toward the success of the Division by driving operational excellence
- Adeptness in identifying problems and changing requirements relating to business processes
- Analyze financial documents and data to assess the accuracy and integrity of the data
- Facilitate the development of annual budget(s)
- Coordinate and oversee annual activities (ex: inventory and contract renewal process)
- Manage department(s) budget(s), including tracking expenditures and providing reports/analysis
- Oversee all department(s) purchasing processes in compliance with State and University policy
- Serve as liaison with various departments across the University
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: Three (3) or more years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Educational Qualifications: Master's Degree
Preferred Experience: Five (5) or more years of related work experience
Proposed Salary: $68,369 - $78,652
This is an exempt position paid on a monthly basis.

- Proven proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Google, and/or applications as required for specific position

SKILLS:
- Effective communication (verbal and written), organizational and human relations skills
