Oversee the main academic advising phone line
Provide training, support and coverage for incoming calls while
exhibiting professionalism at all times
Distribute incoming mail and send mail on behalf of the
department
Reconcile office accounting and assist with budgets, purchases,
accounts payable/receivables while managing inventory and
supplies
Assist the Senior Program Manager and staff of the Student
Success Center in delivering and maintaining all SSC services:
tutoring, success coaching and on-track mentoring
Assist and coordinate meetings on behalf of the Senior Director
of Academic Advising.
Assist with onboarding of professional staff
Provides information to and exchanges information with
appropriate and respective parties on behalf of Academic
Advising
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and
experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be
acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Prior office experience is preferred
Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established
as $15.50-$20.75 hourly.
Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not
limited to, the individual’s particular combination of education,
skills, and experience, as well as organizational
requirements.
