Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Business Systems Coordinator to join Facilities Management, Administrative Division.
The Business Systems Coordinator position is responsible for the management, coordination, business improvement and ongoing training and support of Facilities Management’s (FM) Integrated Work Management System (IWMS) component, Contractor Management and KeyWatcher access Management.

The Facilities Management Department within the Administrative Division is responsible for managing the process of design, construction, maintenance and operation of the physical facilities, and the provision of a range of support services across the University's two main campuses at Gardens Point, Kelvin Grove and a range of smaller offsite facilities.
What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree with subsequent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills applicable to the development and implementation of processes and techniques to deliver efficient and effective professional client support.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in managing and maintaining a large integrated information application.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to assess operational and management priorities in a client-focused environment.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner with people all of levels both internal and external to the University, providing excellent customer service and training.
- Demonstrated high level digital literacy, including Microsoft Suite, cloud based systems and applications with an ability to create procedures and training manuals.
