Job Description
- Provide admissions interview support for the MSc Programmes Office, including reviewing applicants’ asynchronous video assessments and conducting video and Zoom interviews.
- Prepare and submit interview reports in accordance with stipulated timelines and programme guidelines.
- Support the MSc Programmes Office with additional admissions and recruitment-related initiatives, as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Outlook) and online meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Prior experience in admissions, recruitment, interviewing, or higher education would be an advantage.
