The Opportunity

The Centre Administrator provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure all services are provided efficiently to meet the operating needs of the ARC Centre of Excellence in Quantum Computer Performance & Integration (QPI). The role has particular responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance of QPI's central operational database, built on the Zoho Creator platform, which the Centre relies on to record, track and report on its activities across eight partner-university nodes. As a member of the QPI Operations Team, the Centre Administrator will work closely with node administrators and professional staff across the Centre's eight partner-university nodes, helping to maintain consistent record-keeping and administrative practice across QPI's national network. The Centre Administrator will report to the Chief Operations Officer and has no direct reports. We would welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time work (0.6 FTE or above). Finding the right person matters more to us than a particular working pattern, and we will work with the successful candidate on an arrangement that suits them.

  • Employment type: Full time or Part time (0.6 to 1.0 FTE considered)
