Why Your Role Matters

The Change and Training Analyst (Student Systems) supports the effective adoption and ongoing use of student systems through training, communication, and user support. With a focus on business-as-usual and capability building, this role helps ensure staff and students can confidently use systems beyond project delivery. Working under the direction of the Senior Change Manager, you will:

  • Deliver hands-on training, user support, and adoption activities for student systems
  • Develop and maintain user resources, including guides, FAQs, and training materials
  • Provide responsive day-to-day BAU support, ensuring user questions and issues are addressed promptly
  • Support the execution of change and training plans aligned with project delivery
  • Collect and analyse user feedback to improve training, support, and adoption outcomes
  • Maintain knowledge repositories to ensure consistency and continuity of support
  • Align BAU training and support activities with project initiatives to enable smooth transition to operations
  • Collaborate with project and operational teams to embed change and build end-user capability

About You

  • Experience developing and delivering user training and support resources in a system or service environment

  • Experience providing BAU user support while contributing to change and adoption initiatives
  • A proactive approach to gathering and applying user feedback to improve training and support
  • Exposure to, or interest in, change management frameworks and principles
  • Experience with student administration systems or processes in a higher education environment is desirable but not essential
  • An understanding of accessibility, inclusive communication, and universal design principles would be ideal

This is a hybrid role working Monday to Friday. The position is full time permanent. You may occasionally be required to participate in testing or system development activities outside of standard business hours.
