"Cheer and Dance Instructor (Coach)"

Eastern Oregon University (EOU) is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Athletics Department as the Cheer and Dance Coach for the 2025-2026 academic year (August 18, 2025 - May 12, 2026).

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Cheer and Dance program, including recruitment, training, choreography, team management, and event coordination.

The Coach reports to the Director of Athletics and works collaboratively with department staff, other coaches, and university administrators to build a competitive, spirited, and inclusive program. This role also includes regular interaction with the public during home football and basketball events, and serving as a visible ambassador for EOU’s school spirit and athletic excellence.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and a passion for student-athlete development both on and off the field.
