What you’ll do:
- Take ownership of your section & lead by example
- Mentor and support junior kitchen staff
- Work alongside a team of five Commis Chefs and a Chef de Partie, with guidance from our Sous Chef & Head Chef
- Contribute your ideas to our ever-evolving menus – we love fresh inspiration!
Our outlets offer a diverse range of dining experiences, from global street food to fine dining, so no two days are the same.
The role is part-time at 22.5 hours per week on a 3 over‑7 contract and includes early mornings, late evenings, & weekend shifts.
You’ll be working in a vibrant, fast‑paced kitchen environment as part of our West Hospitality team.

Hours are mainly daytime during term-time, with increased evening work over the summer.
About you

You’ll:
- Deliver high standards every day through hard work & dependability.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade & wider catering team.
- Handle challenges professionally and efficiently, staying calm and solutions-focused.
- Stay organised and positive during busy service times, thriving under pressure.
