Chick-fil-A Team Member
The Chick-fil-A Team Member serves as an integral member of the Chick-fil-A team.
The Team Member will provide excellent customer service to all guest through front end and back end operations which may include:
- Greeting all guests in a friendly manner.
- Accurately entering orders into the POS system.
- Cashier duties.
- Food preparation.
- Front end and kitchen stocking.
- Ingredient preparation.
- Inventory.
- Dish machine operation.
- Cleaning duties.
- Opening and closing procedures.
- Monitoring food quality and safety.
- Assists with training new staff as necessary.
- Operates the computer for some training, email, and other related tasks.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High School education plus one year of experience in a work environment required; equivalency considered.
- Ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary.
- Flexibility, ability to communicate and being a team player essential.
- Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs required.
