This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, ability
to multitask and work effectively in a customer service-oriented
department with students, faculty, the general public, and campus
constituencies, as part of a team environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited
to:
- Routine office and clerical tasks such as answering phones,
filing, and providing general administrative support to the
Testing Center
- Scheduling and checking in students for exams.
- Maintaining testing records.
- Receiving and organizing exams.
- Monitoring testing appointments.
- Responding to student and faculty inquiries.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft
Office and Google Apps is desired.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants
must be authorized to work in the United States without current or
future sponsorship from the employer.
Additional Information:
The hourly rate for this position is
$17.16.
Offers of employment will be conditional based upon the results
of a satisfactory, required pre-employment Standard Background
Check.
