The University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine (CUSDM) seeks outstanding applicants for a full-time, clinical track position at the rank of Assistant, Associate Professor or Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry.

Position Emphasis:
Responsibilities include teaching in association with our recognized hospital-based residency program as part of Children's Hospital Colorado, the largest clinically integrated network in Colorado dedicated exclusively to children.
The pediatric dentistry program is a preeminent regional resource with locations at the hospital's newest facilities, the Health Pavilion Dental Center and North Campus Dental Center, in addition to Children's Hospital at the Anschutz Medical Campus.
Participation in a faculty practice is offered at the North Campus Dental Center, providing the opportunity for care by faculty in the clinical and OR settings with support by an outstanding team.
Faculty responsibilities include teaching as part of the CU School of Dental Medicine student program with clinical activities in pediatric dentistry based at the Dental Center in the Health Pavilion Clinic.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as:
- Assistant Professor $167,000-$192,000
- Associate Professor $200,000-$220,000
- Professor $235,000-$260,000
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Assistant Professor:
- A DDS/DMD degree from a CODA accredited U.S. dental school or foreign equivalent
- Completion of a CODA approved Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program
- Board eligibility in pediatric dentistry
- Eligibility for a Colorado dental license
- At this rank, applicants will have some successful teaching experience and will be expected to teach and/or provide clinical care.
- Associate Professor:
- A DDS/DMD degree from a CODA accredited U.S. dental school or foreign equivalent
- Completion of a CODA approved Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program
- Board eligibility in pediatric dentistry
- Eligibility for a Colorado dental license
- At this rank, applicants will be well qualified to teach and/or provide clinical care with considerable demonstrated evidence of successful teaching and demonstrated leadership and service.
- Professor:
- A DDS/DMD degree from a CODA accredited U.S. dental school or foreign equivalent
- Completion of a CODA approved Pediatric Dentistry Residency Program
- Board eligibility in pediatric dentistry
- Eligibility for a Colorado dental license
- At this rank, applicants will demonstrate outstanding accomplishments in teaching, and/or providing clinical care, a record of leadership, and a meritorious leadership and service record.
Successful candidates will have experience and demonstrate inclusivity while working in a diverse academic, research and clinical community. Demonstrated leadership, organizational and communication skills are required.
