Clinical Operations Liaison for Radiologic Sciences Program
Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Liaison supports the operational coordination of the Radiologic Sciences Program's clinical education partnerships with affiliated healthcare institutions. The position assists with communication between the university and clinical affiliates, coordination of student clinical placements, and administrative oversight of clinical education processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with clinical affiliate leadership, including department managers, clinical instructors, and administrative staff.
- Assist with onboarding new clinical affiliates and ensuring completion of required documentation and agreements.
- Support relationship management with hospitals and imaging centers participating in the program's clinical education network.
- Aid with scheduling logistics for clinical rotations in collaboration with the Clinical Coordinator.
- Monitor clinical site availability and assist with planning for student placement needs.
- Serve as a liaison between the Radiologic Sciences Program and clinical preceptors.
- Help with communicating program policies, procedures, and expectations to clinical site personnel.
- Manage the coordination of student clinical evaluations and feedback processes.
- Work with the administration of clinical education tracking systems (e.g., Trajecsys).
- Collaborate with the preparation of reports related to clinical education activities.
- Cooperate with the training and development of clinical preceptors and clinical instructors.
- Sustain communication of program updates and operational information to clinical affiliates.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and site visits related to clinical education coordination as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in marketing, business administration, communications, healthcare administration, or related field. Demonstrated experience in relationship management, business development, partnership coordination, or external stakeholder engagement. Experience in sales, marketing, account management, program coordination, or a related professional role requiring strong client or partner interaction. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment. Ability to travel to clinical affiliate sites within the New York metropolitan area.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in business administration, marketing, management, healthcare administration, higher education administration, or related field. Experience in marketing, sales, account management, partnership development. Experience in coordinating programs, projects, or events involving multiple partners. Familiarity with healthcare environments or clinical education programs. Experience working in higher education.
