Supervises staff involved in routine research study coordination. Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. Oversees staff in execution of assignments; trains and mentors staff to improve quality and quantity of work.
The Clinical Research Supervisor will report to the Director of Clinical Research Administration and be responsible supervising pooled staff in the Clinical Research Resource Program in the Department of Pediatrics, primarily at Mission Bay. This position will operate in support of several divisions within the Department of Pediatrics, which often provides support to clinical research staff working for multiple investigators and programs. The role also provides project level support tasks such as study start-up or grant proposal drafting and feasibility and supports staff who perform these tasks.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $90,700 - $193,500 (Annual Rate).
