- Rural Clinical School
- Full-time, permanent position
- Base salary will be in the range $83,776 - $93,121 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 5)
- Based at our Bundaberg Hospital campus
About This Opportunity
At UQ, you’ll be part of a community united by a shared purpose to create positive change. In this role, you will support the delivery of teaching, clinical placements and assessments across the Doctor of Medicine (MD) Program, working closely with clinical unit teams across a range of medical disciplines.
You will also contribute to Regional Training Hub initiatives, helping to strengthen partnerships and enhance medical education in regional communities.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate teaching, learning activities, orientation and student support
- Administer examinations, assessments, results and academic records
- Provide advice to students, clinicians and academics in line with policy
- Support regional engagement, partnerships and recruitment initiatives

About You
- A degree or advanced diploma in a relevant area with at least two years’ relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Demonstrated commitment to and enthusiasm for the provision of excellent client service.
- Proven ability to interpret and apply a range of rules, policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgement.
- Desirable: Relevant experience in a higher education institution or similar environment.
- Desirable: Experience in and a commitment to living and working in rural and/or regional Australia
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia, criminal check.
