The Faculty of Health Sciences and Medicine invites applications from qualified candidates interested in joining the Nutrition and Dietetics discipline as the Clinical Supervisor (Senior Teaching Fellow). The position is expected to contribute to the clinical supervision, teaching and service activities of the Faculty and University.
The primary teaching and supervision responsibilities are focused on Nutrition and Dietetic students undertaking placements within the Bond University Health and Wellness Clinic (BUHAWC). This includes direct supervision, teaching of practical skills, and support for student learning and development in a clinical setting. The role will also contribute to marketing the dietetic services offered within the clinic. Additional teaching responsibilities may be assigned at the discretion of the Head of Discipline, Nutrition and Dietetics. The Master of Nutrition and Dietetic Practice program is accredited by Dietitians Australia and the Accreditation Council of Education in Nutrition and Dietetics.
This position will commence in January 2026 and be located at the Bond Institute of Health and Sport, Robina.
About the person
The successful candidate will be an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with Dietitians Australia. The individual will have industry knowledge and practical experience in Nutrition and Dietetics, and the ability to apply these professional skills into the program and student experience. The primary teaching and supervision responsibilities are focused on Nutrition and Dietetic students undertaking placements within the Bond University Health and Wellness Clinic (BUHAWC).
Salary details
The salary for this 0.4 FTE position is at Senior Teaching Fellow remuneration commences at $43,221.01 pro rata per annum plus 12% superannuation. (Full-time Equivalent is $108,052.53 per annum) plus 12% superannuation.
