Collections and Program Intern
Job Title: Collections and Program Intern
Department: Libraries | Special Collections and Area Studies-JM
The Collections and Program Assistant intern will gain hands-on experience in a library and museum setting by providing support to BICLM Curators and Museum Education staff. Duties will include processing archival collections, mini-comics, and vertical file material. The intern will also engage with all public programs occurring during their time at BICLM, including K-12 workshops, National Cartoonists Society conference, and book sale.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated familiarity with comics and cartoon art
- Ability to work independently
Additional Information:
Starting hourly rate of $16
Location: Sullivant Hall (0106)
Position Type: Temporary (Fixed Term)
Scheduled Hours: 24
Shift: First Shift
Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
