• Assist with special events
• Update job boards and MacombCareerLink
• Provide information and customer service to clients
• Greet and properly direct clients to appropriate areas and departments
• Assist with CS bulk mailings
• May distribute mail and prepare mailings
• Pick up and deliver items from various departments, as necessary
• May research departmental issues
• Assist in tracking and ordering office supplies and resources
• Assist CS Team in implementing programs
• Cross train in all Career Services areas to insure basic assistance to all clients as needed
• Participate in professional development opportunities as assigned to enhance job skills
• Perform other duties as assigned

High school graduate or GED equivalent. Prior office experience helpful, but not required.
