Provide clerical duties in support of full-time staff within the College Advancement & Community Relations Unit.

a current student at Macomb Community College taking AT LEAST 6 credit hours.
currently have a work-study award given by Financial Aid - If you have not received an award or are not sure, fill out and submit this form and contact finaid@macomb.edu with questions.
Duties:
Greet and properly direct students and staff
General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Provides support to full-time staff with project implementations
Provide support to full-time staff with coordination and execution of quarterly meetings
Maintain unit confidentiality
Perform other related duties as assigned
***Business Casual Attire is required for this position.
Qualifications: High school graduate or GED equivalent. Prior office experience helpful, but not required.
