faculty is responsible for comprehensive care of patients with hepatobiliary disorders, including pre- and post-transplant care, on-call coverage of Liver service, participation in the education of fellows, residents and medical students; participation in outreach, participation in clinical and/or basic science research, participation in compliance and quality care programs of the University and of the Departments of Medicine and Surgery. M D degree or equivaletmt from an approved LCME medical school. Completed an ACGME approved fellow in gastroenterology and transplant hepatology. Board eligible/certified in gastroenterology and transplant hepatology. Meet UNOS qualifications as a transplant physician. Eligible to be licensed to practice in the States of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
