The Community Standards Specialist reports to the Associate Director of Student Conduct and serves as the primary case manager for assigned student conduct cases and provides coordinated support throughout the student conduct process. The position is responsible for managing cases from initial report through final resolution while balancing student advocacy, educational intervention, institutional accountability, and community standards.
This position will partner with students, faculty/staff, and campus stakeholders to facilitate equitable resolution processes, promote student learning and behavioral change, and connect students with appropriate campus resources in efforts to foster students' personal responsibility, community engagement, and student success.

What you will do:
- Case Management & Resolution: Serve as the primary case manager for an assigned caseload of individual and organizational misconduct cases; determine appropriate resolution pathways; facilitate educational conferences with individual and/or registered student organizations; draft communication through all steps of case lifecycle; assigned educational sanctions and appropriately document case files.
