This is an exempt, professional staff position reporting to the VP, HR, Risk & Compliance.
Employees of Harford Community College, including instructors for online and virtual courses, must be residents of Maryland or the contiguous states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia or the District of Columbia; non-residents are expected to relocate to meet this requirement.

Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR Completion of a Paralegal or Legal Assistance Certificate Program approved by the American Bar Association and three (3) years of experience providing paraprofessional legal assistance.
Required Experience
- Minimum of three years of Compliance management experience in one of the following areas: Title IX, ADA/504, FERPA, FOIA, regulatory compliance or constitutional principles
