"Computational Immunologist (Principal Investigator)"

Job Summary: We are looking for a senior Computational Immunologist to develop and implement innovative computational methods for the analysis of high-dimensional immunological data. This position offers a unique opportunity to establish and lead your own technology-focused research line while being integrated into ongoing research lines within the Center for Translational Immunology (CTI). The role involves expanding the department's computational capacity and advancing large-scale, data-driven research projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead innovative, technology-focused research in computational immunology.
• Advance collaborative, data-driven projects in the department.
• Contribute to the education and mentorship of students and researchers by teaching cutting-edge computational immunology techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A PhD in bioinformatics, biostatistics, or a related field, with experience in immunology, or a PhD in immunology with strong experience in computational biology.
• Strong track record relative to career stage, including high-quality research output and supervision experience.
• Demonstrate independence, drive for innovation and collaboration, strong communication skills, and eagerness to learn new techniques.
• Experience with methods to analyze high-dimensional data, such as flow-cytometry, imaging, and/or sequencing data.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse collaborations.
