Required Qualifications:

Significant experience (>10 years) with scientific computing, image analysis, and experience in developing Machine Learning Based Image Segmentation. Programing skills in MATLAB, Python, and Java Experience working with light-sheet microscopy data and with sCMOS cameras.

Preferred Qualifications:

Superior technical writing skills and the ability to work with team members from diverse scientific backgrounds.

Education:

MS in Physics or Geophysics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Math
