Classification: ANU Officer 5 (Administration)

Salary package: $87,570 - $95,530 per annum plus 17% superannuation

Terms: Full Time, Fixed term (until 12 March 2027)

Position Description and Selection Criteria: Conferral and Prizes Officer

  • Experience of working in a high stakes environment within the Tertiary Education Sector
  • Responsible for the administrative support of students through the student lifecycle

Position overview

The Division of Student Administration contributes to the University's strategic objective to provide an excellent educational experience for its students through delivery of accessible and supportive administrative functions throughout the student lifecycle. The Division's student related support services include the management of: enrolment and progression; fee invoicing and cashiering; scholarships; examinations; prizes; graduations; timetabling; general enquiries; student card; transcripts; student communications and quality advice on ANU student related policy and rules as well as compliance with national and international regulations.
