Job Summary/Basic Functions

Being an Information Technology Consultant requires an in-depth working knowledge of operating systems and broad-working knowledge of associated hardware and software. Requires the ability to determine a course of action and modify existing procedures and methods based on upon the interpretation of general policies and procedures of their technical function. To provide excellent customer service supporting faculty, staff, and students with essential technological needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Certification or graduation from a four (4) year college or university.
Experience: Two or more year's technology support. Preferred in a university setting.

Job Duties:

• 85% - Provide technological support for faculty, staff, and students. - (Essential)
• 10% - Install software and configure hardware - (Essential)
• 5% - Other duties assigned to insure the efficient operations of the department. - (Essential)
