- Total Remuneration $121,744 to $131,995 pa (including salary of $102,876 to $111,538 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

As the Content Strategy & Development Specialist, you will play a central role in elevating how the University plans, creates and delivers content across the full customer journey. Working alongside senior marketing leaders, campaign specialists and university stakeholders, you will translate strategic direction into practical, high-impact content frameworks, tools and multi-channel executions. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of CQUniversity’s global content ecosystem – improving consistency, brand alignment, strengthening engagement and ensuring great content is easier to produce, reuse and scale.

Position Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar with at least four years’ subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Advanced knowledge of content strategy principles, development and execution, including strong writing and editing skills.
- Knowledge of multi-channel content planning and adaptation (e.g., across web, SEM, eDMs, organic social, campaigns and other marketing collateral).
- Understanding of brand management frameworks, writing guidelines and content governance with experience developing templates, process and tools that uplift capability across teams.
- Familiarity with analytics, digital content systems and emerging technologies, including responsible use of AI is highly regarded, along with excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
