Catonsville campus' with the home campus being Essex. An Associate's degree in marketing, communication, graphic design or related field and four years of experience in marketing including managing social media and working with content calendar for performing arts or a Bachelor's degree and two years of similar experience is required. Ability to work overtime during peak periods and fill in for absences as needed. This position requires travel between our Essex, Dundalk and Catonsville campuses with the home campus being Essex. Develop and execute marketing campaigns for CCBC Arts and community theatres productions, events and gallery exhibitions to increase attendance, engagement, and visibility. Create and manage marketing content and materials including posters, flyers, postcards, digital graphics, and promotional assets that support brand consistency and audience growth. Manage social media accounts and online presence for CCBC Performing Arts and community theatres and develop content creation, storytelling for digital platforms and content calendars. Coordinate internal marketing efforts across college channels including website, student communications, student portal, TV and LED screens and other campus-wide promotions. Coordinate external marketing initiatives, including advertising, press releases, cross-promotional partnerships and collaborations. Support ticketing and box office operations, including event setup, ticket inventory management, pricing structures, discount programs, online ticket sales, and customer service during performances and events.
