As part of this process, we are seeking a collaborative professional in the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL). The Coordinator for Fraternity and Sorority Life serves as an integral part of the FSL leadership team. This full-time professional staff position will report directly to the Assistant Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life within the Division of Student Affairs.

Summary
The Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life is seeking a dynamic, student-centered professional to serve as the Coordinators of Fraternity & Sorority Life. The position will function as a full-time professional staff member focusing on supporting the developmental needs of chapter leaders and volunteers. The University of Missouri Fraternity & Sorority community consists of 54 inter/national Greek letter organizations; IFC (32 chapters), MGC (3 chapters), NPHC (8 chapters), PHA (14 chapters). The approximately 9,800 fraternity and sorority community members represent 41% of the undergraduate campus population. Thirty percent of the fraternity and sorority community live in chapter houses owned and operated by individual chapter corporation boards. This position will report directly to the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life within the Division of Student Affairs. This position is responsible for chapter support as well as community-wide programming.
Essential Functions
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of 20-30 fraternities and sororities
- Manages the execution of the Standards of Excellence Program
- Assist the office in facilitating educational programs on leadership, member development, health and well-being, and other topics
