Analyze results and makes recommendations within area of
specialty
Performs assigned functions as the Prepay Auditor for assigned
campus. Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME), assists and provides
direction, guidance, and oversight to campus faculty and staff,
helping to ensure smooth and timely workflow in the Travel &
Expense Module
Develop training materials for the Travel and Expense module,
to include but not limited to LSC polices, best practices, and to
be tailored to campus needs. Present Travel & Expense training
materials to all levels of campus personnel
Utilize queries and other relevant data to generate reports for
campus budget managers to ensure expenses are posting properly on a
monthly basis
Provides instruction and direction to campus personnel on
Travel and Procurement Card processes, including but not limited to
monthly and year-end specific processes
May assist with Declining balance card applications, processing
and training for campus faculty and staff
Utilizes specialized skills to conduct testing, analysis, and
feedback during Travel & Expense modules upgrades. May assist
the module owner in developing and updating test scripts for
implementations
Supervises, trains and develops staff
Takes part in and/or leads special projects as needed
Responsible for other reasonable related duties as
assigned

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee sits comfortably to
do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending;
carrying of light items, such as papers, books, or small parts; or
driving an automobile. No special physical demands are required to
perform the work.
WORK SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS:
- Equipment used includes, PC workstation running on a LAN in a
Microsoft Windows environment, calculator, phone, and other general
office equipment
- Interface with internal and external contacts as needed to
carry out the functions of the position
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled office and/or
laboratory environment with exposure to safety hazards typical in a
laboratory (working with chemicals, live specimens, moving
equipment, etc.)
- Safety protocol must be strictly followed at all times
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree or higher and at least 3 years of experience,
or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Salary
Hiring salary range is $44,793- $51,512
Lone Star College provides a hiring salary range for all posted
full-time non-faculty positions. Where your salary offer would fall
in that range is determined by your related experience and
education. Should you receive an offer of employment from Lone Star
