Coordinator of Creative Services
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Coordinator of Creative Services provides design services for departments, programs, and facilities for Enrollment Management departments and key Academic Affairs partners. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the creative efforts of Enrollment Programs & Communications (EPC)
- Designing digital and print materials to support recruitment and enrollment efforts, as assigned
- Developing and executing original design concepts
- Using Adobe Creative Suite products, such as Illustrator and InDesign, to design and edit assets
- Communicating with campus partners and managing projects through EPC's project management system
- Assisting EPC with content creation efforts across Enrollment Management as needed
- Completing professional training and career development opportunities as available
- May be involved with the training and supervision of student staff and participate in various projects and committees as directed.
Minimum Experience / Education:
Required Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency and two (2) years of visual/graphic arts experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
- Visual/graphic arts experience related to the area of assignment
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Commitment to customer service and teamwork
- Experience in higher education and/or working with students is a plus
