"Course Leader BA (Hons) Fashion Buying and Merchandising"

As Course Leader, you will be responsible to the Program Director for the academic leadership and management of the Course, including the maintenance and enhancement of standards and responsibility for the design, development and delivery of the curriculum.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Course including all areas of learning, teaching and assessment of students as well as resources allocated.

About you

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject.
• Experience of teaching and assessment in a Higher Education environment or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of fashion (or related) industry practice in a range of company contexts.
• Motivates and leads a team effectively, setting clear objectives to manage performance.
• Commitment to understanding the range of students’ experiences within a course by building and maintaining positive relationships with students.
