About the Job

The CRM COE Officer sits within the CRM Centre of Expertise Support Team. Working under the direction of the CRM COE Manager, this role assists in the unlocking of live Dynamics 365 functionality to positively impact user experience and ultimately improve communications with students.

UEL’s CRM (Dynamics 365) delivers end-to-end communications and customer service across the student journey, from initial enquiry to alumni membership. As CRM COE Officer, you will need to work confidently across multiple areas of our large CRM system, collaborating closely with various departments across the university to provide best practices and support for the entire student life-cycle.

About You

To succeed, you’ll need relevant and demonstrable professional experience in using and supporting others with technical, marketing or customer service functions of a CRM. You’ll also need to be forward-thinking, versatile, innovative, calm under pressure and able to deliver to a deadline.
