Required Qualifications

Minimum qualifications-Masters degree, Dental Hygienist who completed a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
A minimum of five years as a practicing dentist or dental hygienist.

Preferred Qualifications

Doctor of dentistry preferred.
