Overview
The Curriculum and Instruction - Special Education program at the University of South Florida focuses on urban special education, special education policy, and university-school partnerships in preparing researchers, teacher educators and educational leaders.
Features
New students are admitted into a cohort at the beginning of the fall semester. Although each student is mentored in all aspects of her or his program, the experience of working collaboratively with other doctoral students is highly valued in the curriculum.

A personal statement and interview with the program faculty, writing samples, and work references upon request.
